Want an Advisor who's a founder?

Hey, I'm Gelb, an investor and 3x founder, currently building my next thing. I use my learning and experiences to help other founders who are starting their own journey.

Startups are a mindf**k

Getting something from 0 to 1 is hard. You're jumping down rabbit holes, getting advice from all different directions, needing to make decisions, learning about customers, growing a company, raise money, all while on a time-crunch.Why do we do this to ourselves??

we can't help it

It's what we do.

Because we're passionate about solving problems. We want to build something big, and impactful, and valuable so we can prosper from all our hard work and change the world.

useless advice sucks

So-called 'startup advisors' just don't get it

I get super pissed off when some dude in a suit who's never built a startup tries to gaslight founders into thinking their advice is crucial to your success. The truth? It might be useful, but only if they have the relevant experience.

experience matters

I'm different

I've taken multiple projects from 0-1 and grown companies from $0-1m ARR in 16 months. I've had to build an investor network from nothing, raise from angels and VC and learn how to hire for different skillsets. I've also had to make really tough decisions like layoffs, pivots, and shutdowns. I've managed technical and product teams, built culture, dealt with complex cofounder relationships and more.I'm here to use that experience to help you stay focused, unblock barriers, and get building.

How I work

I know how precious time and cashflow is - I'm a current founder too. Flexibility is key, so I can scale up and down based on how much time you need.

When signing on with a founder, I can help in a bunch of ways:

  • Slack/Whatsapp support

  • Weekly or fortnightly calls

  • 'Board-like' reporting calls

  • Sounding board, masterminds

  • Mindset chats (bring on the emotion!)

  • Strategic retros

  • Pitch deck help

  • Building an investor network

  • Running an investment round

  • Hiring, firing, ops processes

  • Someone to confide in and share with

To be clear, you're building your company, but startup life can be lonely.I can be there to provide insight, be a second pair of eyes, advise, and sense-check with you every step of the way.

Pricing

I want there to be as few barriers as possible for you to feel supported, so instead of charging hourly or per session, I have a flat monthly fee and am available as you need through the month. That's anchored on a weekly meeting and ongoing support either on Slack or WhatsApp.During periods of crunch-time, you can always send me a request for an extra call and I'll be happy to support you as soon as I can, as part of your monthly program.

$650/month

4 month minimum commitment.
